Face Procedures Before and After photos
Patient complained of unnatural appearance of her nasal dorsum and nasal tip from her previous L-shaped silicone implant rhinoplasty. Underwent nasal implant removal and dorsal augmentation with diced rib cartilage/ temporalis fascia and nasal tip reconstruction with auricular cartilage
Secondary rhinoplasty with ePTFE implant and nasal tip reconstruction using auricular and septal cartilage
This lovely patient was dissatisfied with her deviated nose bridge and her overall nasal appearance after a sports injury a few years ago. I performed a rhinoplasty to straighten her nose, improve the irregular contour of her nasal bridge and refine her nasal tip. The before and after photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
3 months before and after Asian Rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction, DCF augmentation of the radix and nose bridge, and tip reshaping with ear cartilage grafts. DCF technique is my first choice for Asian Rhinoplasty because the DCF cartilage graft uses the patient’s own tissue, which gives a more natural result and also reduces the risk of infection and other complications. The key to rhinoplasty is to bring harmony to the face while preserving the unique aesthetics of each patient.
Here are the before and after photos of a male patient who underwent primary rhinoplasty with hump reduction, autologous radix graft augmentation, tip refinement, and alar base reduction. The goal was to give this patient a more elegant nose without compromising his masculinity. The after photos were taken 3 months after the procedure.
